[ She truly could not have found a less quiet person to fall in love with...a fact which Gojo seems quite aware and proud of, given the way he chuckles, patting himself on the shoulder. ]

You realize how long it took for her to recognize I was into her, even as loud and chaotic as I am? Ages! Someone quiet wouldn't stand a chance! She took a little...coaxing.

[ That's one way to put it, but Satoru is confident that his demeanor had something to do with Sumina coming into her own a little bit more throughout their time at the hotel. It's always how he's tried to lead, tried to live, holding nothing back, and if she took a little bit of that for herself...then he can only consider it a good thing.

A wave of his hand. ]

Besides, you know she loves the rowdiness, or she wouldn't do all this.

[ Sumina isn't the Elderflower's keeper out of obligation. She truly loves it here, and what she does. ]

[ Vaer would beg to differ on that earlier point, if only because they're sure there's another timeline out there where Sumina and some bookish, quiet but eloquent person surely managed to woo her via letters or some such. She's always writing so many of those, after all... It would have made a sweet story, too, but surely not as interesting as whatever unfolded between Sumina and Gojo. ]

Oh, that she does. Loathe as she would be to ever admit it.

[ A fact that they're sure Gojo has only become more sure of, now that he's seen what Sumina's day-to-day is like when she's not on vacation, or when she's not apparently dabbling in a bit of swashbuckling, herself. And one that is apparent to most everyone else, too, as the near-synchronized nodding of their crewmates attests.

Uncorking the bottle of wine deftly, Vaer commendably reaches for a glass to pour some for themself, though they've certainly drank straight from the bottle from time to time, too. ]

Think you could send my lads off with some ale so they can drink their woes away at their table? I'm dying to hear yours and Mina's story, but I'm not sure they'll survive through it.
